Throughout his career, Jonathan has worked at the intersection of technology, leadership, and problem-solving. For more than a decade, he has led technical teams, navigated complex challenges, and helped turn complicated systems into solutions that work better for the people who depend on them. Technology is most valuable when it removes friction, creates clarity, and solves a real human problem.

Florida Fast Test Prep began with exactly that kind of problem. Jonathan saw a gap between what families needed and what was available. Together as a family, Jonathan and Lauren turned that frustration into a practical resource created from the perspective of parents who had faced the same challenge themselves.

Through Simmetry Holdings, Jonathan and his family identify real problems, challenge unnecessary complexity, and use technology and practical thinking to create solutions that improve everyday life. Outside of work, he is a husband, father, church leader, guitarist, and loyal FSU football fan. Go 'Noles!

Lauren Simmons is a business leader, entrepreneur, and mother who believes some of the best ideas begin by trying to solve a problem for someone you love. When one of her daughters needed to prepare for a required Florida exam, Lauren saw firsthand how difficult it could be to find a resource that was straightforward, accessible, and manageable.

That question, what if we built the resource we wished we had?, became Florida Fast Test Prep. Lauren and her husband created a simple, convenient resource designed to help Florida learners feel more prepared and confident when facing required exams.

With a background spanning healthcare, technology, customer experience, and business operations, Lauren brings a practical, people-centered approach to everything she builds. She believes the best businesses do not need to be complicated; they need to be useful, thoughtfully created, and built with the people they serve in mind.
